With a background in investment banking, alternative investments, and infrastructure finance, Alain has advised and structured transactions across multiple asset classes, connecting project sponsors with global institutional capital.

Through Greenpeak’s FaaS platform, he structures, launches, and operates white-label institutional funds for developers, asset owners, and sovereign-backed projects. His expertise spans fund architecture, capital raising, and governance, enabling large-scale and billion-dollar developments to secure funding, implement institutional-grade frameworks, and scale with speed.
