What this is, and what it is not

GreenPeak is an advisory firm. We are engaged on two things: fund structuring, where we build and operate the vehicle and act as GP or investment adviser, and debt advisory, where we structure and place the debt.

We do not introduce investors, match capital, or act as a placement agent. This form is an enquiry about an advisory mandate. It is not an offer or solicitation of any security or investment, and submitting it creates no relationship of any kind.

Scale. Debt mandates from EUR 10m. Fund structuring from EUR 40m target size. Below those we are the wrong adviser and will say so rather than take the work.

Asset classes. Real estate, hospitality, living, logistics, infrastructure and energy. Real assets only.
