Regulatory Notice

Greenpeak Investment Consulting is a private advisory firm registered as a commercial entity in the Dubai Silicon Oasis Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. GreenPeak is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin), the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), or any equivalent financial-services regulator.

GreenPeak provides strategic advisory and coordination services to sponsors, borrowers, and capital allocators. This includes mandate structuring, process management, materials preparation, counterparty mapping, and project management across debt advisory, capital formation, and fund architecture workstreams.

GreenPeak does not engage in regulated financial-intermediation or placement activity that requires authorisation, including: arranging deals in investments, dealing as principal or agent in securities, holding client money, providing personal investment recommendations, marketing fund interests to retail investors, or operating a collective investment scheme.

Where a mandate requires regulated functions — for example, formal placement of fund interests, regulated lending, securities issuance, or investor onboarding subject to local marketing rules — those functions are performed by appropriately licensed third parties engaged for that purpose. GreenPeak's role is limited to coordination, structuring, and project management around those licensed activities.

GreenPeak deals exclusively with professional, institutional, or sophisticated counterparties acting in a business capacity. We do not solicit, advise, or accept instructions from retail investors.

Sponsors and other counterparties are responsible for confirming the local regulatory requirements applicable to their specific transaction, jurisdiction, and investor base, and for engaging suitably licensed advisors where required. GreenPeak will cooperate with such advisors but does not substitute for them.

GreenPeak does not hold, receive, or transmit client money or client assets. All transaction proceeds, subscription monies, and similar flows move directly between the relevant counterparties and their licensed agents under separate documentation.
